Never Juiced...what to recommend.

3500-4500cals ed 300g protein 400g carb ed and lots of fats "GOOD FATS!" try 3500cals ed and up it a few hundred cals every month keep lifting HARD and only3-4 time a week and only 1 time a week per body part! oed work outs is what i do. you dont grow as u work out u grow when you REST therefore REST and eating comes first the work out second. but with 1 lacking its all a mess.

ps. i dont think you should use aas. and deca alon might give you probs. if you do thow 400mg test cyp or E ew wk1-12 post cycle therapy (pct) wk12-16 nolva 20mg ed.
but i rilly dont think you should do that till you do what i posted for atleast a year if not more but damin atleast if u do go runn it do what i posted or it will al be shit and u will just be mad after.
 
I usually get over 1800 calories daily...and my gram to gram and a 1/2 of protein per lb of body weight. I mostly eat clean...some fast food mayby once a week. I really don't know how much more i can eat with a busy schedule that i have. I don't know what you guys do...but i can't always grab chicken breasts..sweet potatoes...and string beans..with a gainer at work. lol
So what am i doing wrong? Do i need to post how many meals...when i eat them...what i eat...(which i did already)? How am i NOT eating right?

there is your problem with weight gain. Should be much more than that, you'll have to test for yourself. bump that up to 2500 and see what happens, then bump it up to 3000 and see what happens...

AAS is not for you right now. I have read your other post in the diet forum and here in the anabolic forum and I can say without question you are not even close to being ready for Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) use. You have no clue what it takes from a dietary stand point, you have no clue how to train your narrow lil ass, you have no clue how often to train and you have no clue how much rest you need. I can say without a doubt these things are spot on without knowing anymore than what I have read in your posts.

Training 5-6x per week!? Doing this while you eat the way you do Im suprised you weigh what you claim!
One would think that after "training" for 8 years that you would have figured out by now that you were doing at least a few things wrong, but no, you think you know how to do it and that your way is correct.

For a 1st cycle I'd recommend a 12 week run of 500mg Test E or Test C followed by correct PCT. Dont worry about stacking this and that for your 1st go ... If diet and training are spot on you will see fantastic gains.

I appreciate everyones advice..i really do. And im not gonna lie and say that i was consistant for those eight years of training. I admit...that was a major problem. And as far as my diet goes...i know what to eat. I just never really knew how to take count of what i was eating.... And i don't know what you guys do for a living...but i sure as hell can't be eating every hour and a half. Some are blessed with extra time on there hands...but whatever.

Bottom line...i wasn't trying to argue with anyone..i was just explaining what I've done so far.

There are three major problems with the above.

1) If you really appreciated everyones advice you wouldnt say that you do and then do something else.
2) You make excuses for why you cant do things or why thing are the way they are. As well as making excuses, you still think you know what to eat. YOU DONT. Everything that you think you know about nutrition, training, hypertrophy, or body building in general just throw it out the window.
3) I am an elementary school teacher and I am on the go all day as well. You can make the time to eat, you find the time. Even if you are in construction, you get OSHA required breaks. You have enough time to eat, I dont care who you are and what you do, you can find time to eat. Its called planning and preparedness. Again, this goes along with making excuses.

Excuses are nothing more than reasons for failure.

You admit you have a learning curve that requires closer consideration on different fronts. GET SERIOUS!! It sounds like you have done so with your training in the past, so take the same stance for upping your calories and meal consumptions. Prepare meals or shakes the day before so you can quickly down some calories and protein. Yes it does take time but I know you would realize it is worth it. You definitely need to take in more calories than 1800 to grow on and you should easily find ways to do so. Change your thinking that you can't fit the meals in, to a mantra that you will!! That will not only make you grow naturally but on possible future AS endeavors. Keep it simple.. Eat to grow, which does take initiative but will pay off!!!
 
yes!. look bring an extra 2 penut butter sandwiches and 2X 50gprotein drinks"i put mine in water bottel" to work ant there u go no excuse then eat what u where already and add a bit more. its not as hard as your tryin to make it seem. 10min to make 2 penutbutter sanwiches and 2 protein drinks and then bring em

what iv learned is most peoples excuses are just there way of dealing/convincing/telling. its not there fault because they cant handel the fact it is your falt it is your prob and u can fix it. simple to be abul to sleep at night thinking well i did all i can,,, BULL SHIT I SAY.

Fill a thermos with P shakes (like 2 and a half) take a large jar of peanut butter and mix in flax seed. Eat that all day in between meals which you can have 3 of AT WORK!
Heres how:two 10 min. paid breaks are mandatory for any employer to allow for an employee that works 8 or more hours in any day (may be 6 hours not sure if it changed too).Also,you are required to take at least a 30 min. break after working 6 hours in any day.So, your diet would go like this;
meal 1-before work
meal 2-first 10 min. break
meal 3-lunch
meal 4-10min. break
meal 5-after work
meal 6-after gym
Snack on peanut butter mix all in between and have 2 or 3 protien shakes (depend on how many gs of protien). Good luck slim, hope reach your goal.
