I've been very busy lately. I don't like my normal every other day routine anymore because I am totally out of energy by the end of the day after working. I only like working out in the afternoon or evening. I think that I should switch to a 2 day a week routine so I can devote a lot of energy for those workouts. I was looking at WSB I got the idea to do something like:
Tuesday:
Squats 2x5
Good Mornings 2x10
Pull-ups 2x5
Cable Row 2x10
Friday:
Military Press 2x5
Side Lateral Raises 4x10
DB Bench Press 2x5
Dips 2x10
These would both be like my ME days. Then maybe one 2 of my off days I can do something like light DE workouts, but be able to do it without going to the gym. Maybe some fast pushups one day and Sprints, Jumping or bodyweight squats another. What do you think?
