Hey guys, just wanted to introduce myself quick. New to the forum but not gear or the gym.

age - 24
height- 5'11
weight - 185
bf% - 10-12%
Cycle history
1 cycle a year and a half ago
test cyp, 400mg a week for 10 weeks. Gained about 10 lbs, should have run Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) though but like an idiot I didnt.
I have been on other forums , but I have heard there are a ton of Canadians on here so I thought I would see if I could meet some fellow canucks! Look forward to meeting you all.
