yea your body isnt used to being jabbed with a sharp metal object. currently on my first cycle and 4 pins deep, and the first two were pretty sore, but it gets better.

look your fine virgin muscle most common, but if ya move that pin around or shake while doing it it dammages shit and could make you more sore, so please wipe skin alcohol, and vial, aspirate inject slowy, keep pin in for 10 secs, pull out the exact direction you pinned and whola, but yes you will be sore pinning new groups dont shake or move it around

Are you pinning every 2 days? Just be patient, it shouldn't be too long since it's sust.

pin a muscle and work it out in the next 30-75min. it will help. If you cant goto the gym put a heating pad on the site and **lightly** massage it.


but if this is your 1st time doing it you will be sore. after a few wks you wont think about it really.

Im with ya brotha. I also started my first with Sust....7 weeks ago and that first shot was WICKED bad for me. Swelled up like a lump, the red/hot patch was 2" from where I injected and it lasted 3 days. No infection. Just VERY VERY virgin muscle. You'll be fine.
