Hey guys,
I am about to start a cycle and was wondering if I should switch up my routine to cater to my wants. Check it out:
Test Cyp
wk1-16 250mg ew (maybe longer)
wk1-16 12.5mg ed aromasin
pct
wk18-21 50mg ed clomid
I also have plenty of t3/clen
I do a 3 day split
chest/tri/delt
back/bi
legs
abs a few times a week
cardio at least 30min on lift days, and 1-2 off days of 1hour cardio-tread/elip
My new goal is to loose a bit more bf (Im at about 18% w/a little gut, 6', 235,) while slowly adding quality lean mass. I dont want to blow up too fast because of work. Slow and steady is what I am looking for
Anyway, is this a good gym routine for my goals? I figure the bros in this sections would know.
