I'm going into my 8th week now, almost zero sides, low gains, massive increase in test levels. Just wondering what your thought are with my gains thus far, and free test levels with what I'm using. I'm multi dosing every sun,tue,fri 1ml of each.
1-4 oral dbol 50mg daily
1-15 Sust 250: 1ml/250mg every sun,tue,fri
2-15 NPP 100ml/mg every sun, tue,fri
Letro 2.5mg/ml: 1ml ed
Starting weight 157 7%bf
Current weight 164 6%bf
Gym routine, isolation style
Abs/cest
Back/traps/calves
Abs/bi/tri/forearms
Shoulders/traps
Abs/legs
Continues rotation, free weights and cables to really involve the core.
Diet 1 cheat day, clean at 5k cals, protein intake is currently right around 250g, high carb morning, before and after workout.
Other supplements
Blend proteins weight gainers
Super foods in the morning
Multi
Extra vitamin C
9g fish oils throughout the day
Creatine, arginine, BCAA, ultra amino complex,beta-alanine, d-aspartic acid,
Some liver support
I won't give the break down of how I take this unless you feel it's pertinent or want to know for your own usage.
3rd cycle, my gains have been very slow really I believed they were only coming from the diet and hard work. They are the same gains I get normally. I was thinking my gear was under dosed. But had my levels checked and free T at 3000 with almost no sides but one sore nip. Wow I'm kinda lost. Anyone want to chime in. I was really looking to pack on the weight and size I'm just coming back from a year long recover after doing serious damage to my shoulder. Anyway just looking to see what you bros think. About the slow gains high levels and so forth.
