New Cycle Sust 250 Advice
Hello there i have just started a new cycle of Sust 250 and Androl 50.
Im 6'4 - 210lbs / 96kg / 15 stone 11
Training last 3 years done 1 cycle before.
Training 3 times a week in gym and 2 with sport. Diet - im aiming at 3500 Calories per day. Good food!
This is how im planning on taking it-
Week 1 - 500mg Sust
Week 2 - 500mg Sust - 1 tab every day Androl 50
Week 3 - 500mg Sust - 1 tab every day Androl 50
Week 4 - 500mg Sust - 1 tab every day Androl 50
Week 5 - 500mg Sust - 1 tab every day Androl 50
Week 6 - 500mg Sust
Week 7 - 500mg Sust
Week 8 - 500mg Sust
Week 9 - 500mg Sust
Week 10 - 500mg Sust
Training Program -
Monday - Chest, Bis
Wednesday - Shoulders Tri's
Sunday- Back and Legs
Also do alot of core work inbetween
Im looking to bulk, any advice on cycle and training to help me, please fire away?
