New diet help

Hey guys I am just getting into this bodybuilding and I got some whey protein i ahve been using... i am wondering what types of foods and or shakes i shuold have before and after my workouts... i usually make my shakes with milk, raspberries and protein and i have about 80 grams of protein through shakes per day... i weigh 150 pounds and i am 5'9... i am lean and cut but just want to build up some more muscles in my upper body.. let me know what types of things is hould be eating.. i generally eat oatmeal each day for breakfast and i dont eat a lot of junk food,, thansk for any tips on getting started in bodybuilding guys
