New Diet Plan - Advice ? Lean Bulk

Hi,

I just made a new diet plan to lean bulk from june 1st when my ketogenic diet will end. I also have 12 weeks of test and Adex in hand. I'm planning to start the cycle with this diet below that I just made. I just wanna make sure that everything is fine before june.

24 yo
160 lbs - 15% BF ( For now ) planning to be at 12-13% by june.
2 years of weight training

So my daily maintenance is at around 2700kcal


Diet: ( I did it with a software called DietOrganizer ) Carbs 48%, Prot 31%, Fat 21%

Cereals, oats, regular and quick, not fortified, dry 100 g
Egg, white, raw, fresh 3 large
Beverages, nutritional shake mix, high protein, powder 30 g

Meal 2
Apples, raw, with skin 1 medium
Peanuts, all types, oil-roasted, without salt 30 g

Meal 3
Beef, ground, 95% lean meat / 5% fat, raw 200 g
Beans, snap, green, frozen, cooked, boiled, drained without salt 200 g
Peanuts, all types, oil-roasted, without salt 30 g
Rice, white, long-grain, regular, raw, unenriched 100 g
Onions, raw , sliced 125 ML
Celery, cooked, without salt 2 stalks


Meal 4
Bananas, raw 1 medium
Protein powder 30 g
Fish, tuna, white, canned in water, drained solids 120 g


Meal 5
Beef, ground, 95% lean meat / 5% fat, raw 200 g
Rice, white, long-grain, regular, raw, unenriched 100 g
Beans, snap, green, frozen, cooked, boiled, drained without salt 200 g
Onions, raw, sliced 125 ML
Celery, cooked, boiled, drained, without salt 2 stalks



meal 6
Turkey, canned, meat only, with broth 78 g
Bread, wheat 2 slice
Apples, raw, with skin 1 medium
Salad dressing, mayonnaise, regular 1 tsp

going from a full Keto (no carb) diet , to a high carb bulk is going to be quite a shock to the body .. I'm guessing your going to put on fat rather quickly going that route. personally , I ease into a lean bulk with a higher protein moderate carb bulk.
 
Actually I've plan to gradually put the carbs the last two weeks of may. btw I'm doing a CKD with a normal intake of 30 grm of carbs.
