This is what I will be doing in my off gym days for fat lose, cardio increase and functional strength.

Keg Toss - 5 Tosses (Rest 30 Seconds between Tosses)
Empty - 27 lbs
Filled with Water - 160 lbs


Tire Flips - 3 Sets of 5 Flips (Rest 3 mins between Sets)


Farmers Walk "ZigZag" - 3 Sets of 50 Yards (Rest 3 mins between Sets)
100lb – 200lb per side with 25lb Plates


Sand Bag - 4 Sets of 50 Yards (Rest 1 mins between Sets) [Zercher Style]
100lb Bag


210lb Atlas Stone - Load it for 3 Sets of 5 Reps
- 55 Gallon drum for a stand with tire mounted top -


Backward Sled Drag - 2 Sets of 50 Yards (Rest 1 min between Sets)

Anyone have any ideas to make it better?
 
sledge hammer swings would be a fun addition.
also the keg could be used for overhead pressing.

Rest when Im dead.... Just Kidding. Good point. Im going to roll into it slow and build up to it. I think for me personaly i have a high tolerance to volume but I could be misleading myself.

I read a reacent article of the atheltes in Cirque Du Soleil (Not sure of spelling). They appearnlty use constant volume yet dont overtrain. Testing this idea. Will take days off when my body screams and I have some tools that I hve gotten to assist with recovery.
