New guy, first cycle questions

Looking into starting a cycle, probably just a testosterone only. I have read up on all different types of test, but still don't know what kind I want to take. I am 5' 9" 200lbs at around 10% bf. I would like to be able to drop the bf down a few points while getting to around 210lbs. My questions are, which testosterone would be the best for my goals, and how long should I cycle? I was in the 160s two years ago, and have naturally been lean, so gaining fat has always been something I don't do. I'm looking for that extra boost. Any advice would be appreciated!
 
Can you post a pic? 5'9 and 200lbs @ 10% body fat is pretty incredible naturally.

Anyhow, use test E or C for 10-12 weeks for your first cycle.
 
hi, welcome.

test single ester. cypionate or enanthate. not propionate in the first cylce. start smooth.

12 weeks is enough for almost everybody in the world, 500 mg/week is the perfect dosage.

in PCT take clomid, one tab ( 50 mg) per day, for 15 days, starting it 12 days after last injection.

and you will be OK for you first cycle.

Ok cool, the source I talk to can get me sustanon 250, but I have read that isn't a good first time thing. I don't know if they can get test e or test c. I will ask tonight. Is it ok to ask where to get clomid on here or is that against the rules as well? Thanks again for the help

yes it's against the rules aswell no sources talking at all.
 
If you're talking about clomid or nolva for your... rats.... then check out the research companies that advertise on this page. Osta-gain, rui and great white peptides are all legit.
 
200lbs and 10% bodyfat is a good weight to start your first cycle with those stats your body seems like it can handle a good cycle.....

you could do just the standard stuff

500mg/week for 12 weeks of Test E or Test C is an amazing cycle for beginners to see how they react to steroids.....you'll be amazed with the results.....if you wanna speed up the process just add some orals for the first 4-6 weeks since the test take around 3 weeks to kick in
 
This was taken a few weeks after I tore my meniscus, I was 198 and look a little bloated up due to not being able to do much cardio or leg work outs because of my knee. Everything is better now, I'll try to get another picture taken tonight or tomorrow. This picture is a few months old.

The post count makes sense, ill try again after I accumulate a few more posts. I'm curious, if I do the test only cycle is there something else I can take that will give me that hard look? I currently have a good hardened look, at least to me anyways ha. I have veins in my arms, legs etc that always show very wel, chest is cut nice, abs show great. But I know that I could hold a little water with test. I am a very active runner, I run 3 miles to my gym, work out and run home 5 days a week. So 6 miles a day, so I drink 2 plus gallons of water a day. I know drinking water will keep off water. The more complex I make my first cycle, the more risky it is due to not knowing what my body is reacting to if I get side effects, so is there something that has little to no side effects I could take with test in a first cycle?
 
Another question, I was looking into making my own testosterone, should I just go with stuff that's already made before buying the stuff to make my own so I don't risk getting under dosed or fake stuff or turn my house into a brewery? Haha
 
well test propionate will pretty much give you lean mass, i dont know why you would like to drop body fat when you are on 10%.
i think that cypionate would give better results, tho not as lean as propionate..

The bf isn't a huge deal, I would like to get into single digits just because. But if I stayed at where I am, but gained 10 or 15 pounds of muscle I would be more than happy. I just don't want to balloon up and look good until I take my shirt off you know? For my first cycle I don't know what to expect so I don't want to get in my head I will gain 25 pounds of muscle, which I have read many people doing. 10 to 15 pounds of muscle would be awesome, then I guess I can just go from there.

What? It's all testosterone. What you eat determines how lean your gains will be - not the ester the test is attached to.

It sounds like you're already at a really good size man, 10-15 lean lbs would prob make a huge difference. And when people gain 25lbs it's not just muscle - it's usually a good amount of water and fat :D

Ok cool! Ya I am very strict when it comes to my diet, and like I said I am really happy with how I look and especially how I feel. Well hopefully I can keep the fat off, I know water is going to be put on but I drink enough of it everyday so it should offset it from staying.
