New guy here for some answers.

You should input that data in fitday.com and you will get your macros(prot,fat,carbs) but looking roughly at this you are definitely under eating, it looks like you are not even getting 150g of prot. My suggestion is go post your diet with macros in our diet section of the forum and 3j will be a great help to you
 
Breakfast, 3 eggs, hashbrowns, bacon, french toast, and milk. Protein shake. Lunch, thrown about 8 chicken tenders on the George foreman 3 eggs, and protein shake. Dinner, Texas road house 16oz sirloin, sweet potato, side salad with ranch, and a sweet tea. I have random snacks throughout the day. This is an example of what i ate yesterday.

def need more food brother. especially good carbs. But if you're only 150.. you just need a ton of kcals. Eat a cheat meal or two every other day. McDOnalds, pizza, whatever, Just make sure its good calories. Not ice cream and shit.
