new here - any advice for older women?

Hi!

What a great forum, I've been looking through the archives and have already learned a lot. I'm hoping someone here is familiar enough with women's HRT and gym chemistry to help me figure out the best route to take.

I'm fifty, and while I worked out heavily twenty years ago that was - twenty years ago. I've always stayed in shape but over the years the pounds have crept on, aided by my hypothyroidism. I'm 5'6", 165 lbs, not in bad shape, but not what I could be.

I'm currently doing estrogen and progesterone creams for HRT; Armour and Isocort for the thyroid issues; HGH 2 IU ED and have just started doing 20 mg/week of my boyfriend's test cypionate (again for HRT). What I want to add, and here's where I would love some advice, is anavar, clenbutrol (but I can't cycle T3) and maybe a little more test cyp. My goal is to get more out of my workouts and cardio - I don't think I can go for size, but I would like more firmness and fat loss.
