New here, first cycle help

Hello guys, I’m new here and after thinking for a long time I decided to use steroids
I already ready a lot of stuff but we always have some questions

I started workout when I was 20 yo, but I stopped and restarted several times, (University and others stuff). But last time that I restarted was july 2011 non stop until now.

Restarting stats was (2011)
Age: 29
Height: 5.84
Weight: 139lb

Unfortunately I wasn’t doing any aerobics and since I started to use creatine in December 2012 I was 173lb and 22% BF, and lots of water retention too. Since then I cut about 800 calories and the creatine and I started to swim about 3/4 times for week for 30/20 min + Super HD fat burner, I already lost 7 lb.

Stats now:
Age 31
Weight: 166lb
BF ??

My training is something like this (3X8) or (3X10)
Monday – swim, chest, triceps (A)
Tuesday – swim, back, biceps (B)
Wed – Swim
Thu – Swim, shoulders, leg (C)
Friday - A
Sat and Sun Off

I'll wright about my first cycle ( probably testo enantate ) soon

So Should I lose more weight before start any cycle, other suggestions ?

dude i realy think what u need to do is get a proper diet and training routine down, cycling wont add muscle and weight onto you unless u know how to diet and eat . however idealy u should be below 15% bf before u start a cycle , i think just training and dieting for a bit longer can do some wonders for you

Also agree with this. You are not ready. Go see 3J in the diet section for help with your diet. Post your routine in the training section and get some help there.
 
Well i forgot to write something about my diet

I dont eat junk food, now I'm eating about 2500 cal (I cut about 800cal because my BF), no sugar, with 130 g of protein for day ( whey protein + milk, eggs, chicken, tuna, etc), maltodextrine too. I dont think its the main problem, like i said, I wasnt doing any aerobics thats why i got ''fat''

My genetics isnt good, last year was the first time that i got 173lb, but i gonna post my detailed diet in diet section
 
i dont believe in genetics not being good , if the problem isnt your diet , then its your training , and if both of those arent your problem and u still cant gain , u must have low T , not genetics . in that case u need trt and should see a doctor

low T ? low testoterone ?

When I started workout i was really skinny, 127 lb... so how much do you think a guy like me can get with a good diet and training ?

I worked out for over a year with very little results wasn't cycling or taking anything but
Protein drinks and didn't really pay attention to diet and didn't put on shit maybe 5 6 pounds , then I really got my diet in check with a better routine and within about 4 months I had put on almost 15 pounds diet and routine will yield results imo
