First and foremost my stats
5'9" 204lbs
Diet is 5 to 6 meals
Meal 1. 6 eggs 2 whole 100 g oats
Meal 2. 100g chicken 150 g green beans 1 cup brown rice
Meal 3. 150g salmon 150 g green beans 1 cup brown rice
Meal 4. 100g oats 2 eggs 2 pieces wholle bread
Per workout 50 g protein 25 gram carb and creatine shake
Post workout 50 protein and creatine
Meal 6 200 g steak 100g baked potatoe and 100 salad
Befor bed 2 tsb peanut butter and a 50 gram shake casein
Midnight snack can of tuna fish
Supps
Glut amine
Creatine
Fish oil
Vit b complex
Multi vit
Zma
Bcaa
Amino acid tabs
Real mass weight gainer
Okay and my cycle
Sustagen np 400 1.5cc every other day alternating shoulders
Trenagen 100 1cc with my sustagen I'm 8 weeks in and was wondering if I'm on the right track... I started with.5 cc twice a week for 2 weeks then moved it up to 1 cc of both very three days after 4 weeks and then now I, at my current ..should I increase both one or none it's my first cycle and I just need to know if I'm heading in the right direction trying to bulk up to about 225 then lean out a little
Workouts are 4 days on too off and very consistent.everyother week I have a heavy week thank you
