New here, seriously considering inputs on Physique Building!

Dude, seriously do not listen to your trainer, just follow the advise on this and other forums, just do a test only cycle once you get your body fat down, currently you are between 18-20% in my opinion. Just watch your diet and do lots of cardio and you could close be close to 14% in a month.

T3 is one of the Thyroid hormones, if you are going to take T3 be very careful and follow good advice regarding it's use, it's a prescription drug, but no doubt if you ask in a few pharmacies you will get, google Liothyronine Sodium India and you will find all the trade names in the first link.

Good luck, if you are going to mess with your thyroid be very careful.

Cycle Plan:
W 1-4 D-Bol (20mg ED 10x2)
W 3-6 Test Enth 250mg and HCG 250iu Once a Week
W 7-12 Test Enth 250mg and HCG 250iu Twice a Week
W 1-12 Adex 0.25mg EOD

PCT (After 2 Weeks Gap):
Clomid:100/50/50/50
Nolvadex: 40/2 0/20/20

Starting with D-Bol to kick-start the cycle.
Starting with low test-e dosage, to be on safer side and little hesitation for Injections. I may increase it if i feel comfortable with low doses.

Workout Plan:
I am on Intense Workout programme which has one body part per day one day rest in a week.
Cardio: 25 Min daily
Hope this is a perfect cycle for me.

Diet:
2100 calories major portion will be proteins
Multivitamin tabs n Whey protein daily
Fruits and Vegetables on higher side in diet.

Again giving my details:
Age: 36 Male
Height: 169 cm
Weight: 154 lb
fat: 15-16%
TESTOSTERONE- Serum: 567.1 (Range 249-836 ng/dl)

Result Expected:
To have ripped lean muscular body.. I'm working out since 8 years but on n off.

Shall i drop D-Bol and only go for Test-E cycle as mentioned in sticky notes OR adding D-bol will give me strength?

See post #12 regarding dbol. You have it all by itself Week 1-3. Bad idea ! You should not use dbol in your first cycle. Actually, like I said earlier, you do not need a cycle right now. You need a good diet for growth and a better training program.

And your test dose is essentially a replacement dose. Why shut down your HPTA for a dose that would out you back more or less where your natural levels are already at?

And no, steroids don't make you fat. Too much food makes you fat.

But you have never lifted with intensity (heavy). You have never lifted more than 100lbs!!!! You can't expect to build muscle lifting baby weights.
 
I have already told I'm on intense workout programme which has heavy weight lifting .. I'm on it since a month now.
 
No dbol or test for you brother it won't help because your training is shit start a pyramid or a super set style of weight training and see how that goes first. You have got to get your training up to scratch first because if you have been training for 8 years and your only 150 pounds with what looks about 18 percent body fat something is wrong no offense ment to you just saying get everything dialed in then start a nice test e cycle a bit further down the road good luck mate
 
You are going to hurt yourself.

Anabolic androgenic steroids are not magic in any way, shape, or form. They are not a shortcut, and cannot make up for a GIGANTIC lack in diet or training. AAS bends the rules, it cannot break them.

They say it takes around 150-200 reps to build good form and habits, but THOUSANDS to unlearn poor form/bad habits. You've been doing it wrong for some time with both your training and diet.

I'm not trying to be rude, but you're quite insistent on running a cycle and seem to think that if you start good practices now, that the hormones will fix the rest.

The truth is that you need to MASTER these BEFORE you utilize AAS and/or ancillaries. Otherwise, you will potentially cause a significant amount of strain on your body (connective tissues grow slower than muscle), or you won't see any results at all (or very lackluster ones) at a risk of PERMANENTLY shutting off your natural production of testosterone.

I'm not telling you this because I don't want you to join the "secret club of swole", but because I feel that if you heed the advice of squaring away your diet and training (I'm talking at LEAST a year), you WILL be able to achieve your goals realistically and then can decide if the risk is worth it to you.

Can u all suggest me supplements which will support my goals.. I'm only on whey protein as of now. Would b greatful if I can get suggestions on supplements I can use.

Along with Tron's suggestion of creatine, make sure you're getting enough protein and calories. Your body can only work with what it's provided. :)

Will you guys help me if i go for simple test-e cycle standard one which is suggested in all threads?

How much LBM have you gained already on your new diet and training program? How long has it been now?

It's still risk vs reward.

Is the risk of potentially injuring yourself and possibly giving yourself a life-sentence to requiring injections seem worth *maybe* adding a few pounds of muscle?

Is this a lifestyle you are willing to commit to, and not just a phase you're kind of toying with? It's kind of like putting Trick gasoline (104 octane is what I used to see) in the tank of a 1989 Honda Accord. Will it go faster? Maaaaaybe. Is it worth the cost and potential issues to the engine? Probably not.

Just sayin'. :)
