Hello,
I have suspected for a while now that I might have low testosterone. I have have lifelong fatigue, pretty low strength and performance considering the amount I work out, and a hard time getting rid of body fat. So, I started asking questions in google, and 9 out of 10 times, the answer was found on this forum. So that is why I am here.
I recently got my levels checked for the first time and they came back with 113 ng/dL and 2.3 pg/mL. I understand this is quite low. I wanted to try and raise it using foods and supplements, but I have been following the advice found on peak testosterone as well as here and I end up with a 113. So who know what it was before I tried diet and supplements. Everything else was normal.
I am curious if anyone has ever used Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) to raise it and keep it up after going off of Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). Is Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) the best option, or are their other safer and more effective options? I read that people mention Anavar a lot.
And if I do have to go on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) for testosterone, what is the best delivery method?
Thank you!
