The 'Ology Man Whore
Been 2 months since my injury to my back.
Decided to work out today some simple things. See how it went. SHOCKINGLY wasnt down much weight at all.
Curls- 5x5 - 40lb dumbbells each arm
Tri's- 10x5 - 50lb dumbbell - Over Head Extensions
Traps-5x5 - 35lb dumbbells each arm - Upward Rows
Back felt good. Usually I can barely do anything cause back gets major pain shootings in it. Tomorrow will work out the lower back area, see how that goes.
Going to be strengthening up everything for about 1-2 months. Then going to cycle again. I'm going to be trying out some things I read from the admin's on here. Just for a test subject type deal.
300mg test - a week for roughly 20 weeks
300mg EQ - a week for roughly 19 weeks
Anadrol 100mg- a day for 6 weeks then ending 6 weeks at 50mg.
Diet will consist of a strict High protein mild carb diet.
