New member - Advice needed

Hi, I'm a new member to this website :)

I have been training for about 4 years now , solid for about 2 years but I've got to a stage where I am no not growing any more.

I'm 5 10"
Hover around 13 stone.
11% bf
Train each muscle twice a week, or ever 4 days depending if I'm still sore.
Eat around 4000-5000 cals each day.

I'm a naturally skinny person and have a fast matabalism. When starting training a weighted about 8 st 7l ibs. I've tryed changing my routine , diet I'm just stuck.I've tryed gear over the last year but has all been fake or very underdosed costing me a very lot if money.

If anyone could give me some advice would be happy . Thanks
 
Stick around here and read as much as you can. Lot of good ppl here that will help you. If you are going to use gear, then you need to find a good source. That can be found here as well. But dont go openly asking for it. All good things come if you are patient.
 
You have to eat more to grow then eat some more I recommend talking to 3j he will set up your diet to take you to the next level .2:30 time to eat

Hey dude. Its great u have got to d weight your at naturally. I have seen many people stop growing. Are you eating correct amount of carbs proteins n fats each day? And do you have any other gym members that use gear?
 
Thanks people. Yeh I've done alot of research about gear and didnt want to rush into at a younger age so just kept pushing on. But now not gainned in around 3 months it start to irritate me, putting in alot of effort for no gains .
Yeh my diet is pretty good . Oats,chicken,fish,pasta,rice,potatos,steak,veg, ande more. There is a few in my gym but they are not English , they are one of the people I tryed but it was clear after a few weeks the gear was fake and I was conned.
 
What were you going to run for a cycle when you got your bunk gear? If you are serious about running your first real cycle, then you need to do all your homework. This includes having all the gear you need including post cycle therapy (pct). This is not something that you want to jump head first into. There is plenty of those stories here that you can read as well.
You seem like you have you head on straight.
 
I was just going to run a test only cycle at 500mg a week , (250mg Sunday and wednesday)the test I bought was a blend of 3 different tests all in one and I also got Clomid for post cycle therapy (pct) and nolva just incase any signs of gyno.

Stick around for a while and make friends. It's okay if you don't have a source yet, in the meantime just browse and read up on everything you can. All the important info is in the stickies, but if you're unsure about something feel free to ask any of us. We won't bite your head off (we'll just break into roid rage and whoop your ass with science!).
