I stupidly posted before I done my intro....my bad
My names Terry and I have been training for about 10 years now(only as a hobby)
My diet is what lets me down.
I'm looking at this tomorrow and writing down my meal plans and hopefully
I can stick with it.
My macros, protein,carbs and fats all need looking at
I'm 37
BF around 10%
Weight 198lb
Height 5.11
My training is as stated
Mon, back and biceps plus 20 mins cardio at the end of my workout
Tues, shoulders, traps and abs plus 20 mins cardio
Wed, rest day
Thur, chest and triceps plus 20 mins cardio
Fri, legs and abs plus 20 mins cardio
Sat, biceps and triceps 20 mins cardio
Sun, forearms, lower back , abs 20 mins cardio
I have ran about 6 full cycles and now seems like I have wasted a lot of money because I can't get my diet on point
I have been reading up on some of the sticky's and there very informative
so thanks for the great info.
Have some more reading up to do so I best get back to that
