Start Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) week 1, until the 4th day before PCT @250iu, 2xWeek(Mon/Thurs). Also, if you need help learning how to reconstitute the HCG, go to YouTube. There are many instructional videos that cover everything.

i REALLY appreciate that link btw, certain things were a bit unclear to me but that article gets so in-depth on information regarding the use of HCG.
