new, need some ideas

Hey, well Im just starting to read the forum and Im loving all the help and responces that people are getting..

heres my situation..

Im 18, 240lbs and just around 6'0...

Im not very confident with my body and Im wondering if there is anything I can do about getting in better shape for the summer and not being afraid to take my shirt off at the beach..

Ive started to rollerblade for an hour or so every night, and I havent beeen eating very fatty foods..

what should I be looking at eating for lunch and stuff for school, Im still in highischool so most of my meals with the exception of dinner will be at school/class...

Any suggestions welcome,
