Back again with help from this sight I'm doing much better feel better. So here is where I started Test: 421 Estrogen: 76 FSH:2.3 before Steroidology 1ml every two weeks resulted in one hell of a roller coaster ride. Now 1/2 ml every 4th day easy to follow due to 4 on 4 off work schedule, 1/2 tab of Anastrozole 1 mg which is 1/2 mg every 4th day taken with injection finally just got in and haven't started yet HCG. Chorionic gonad mdv .5 ml intramuscularly now I'm at Test:721 Estrogen: low 30's don't know about FSH yet. plan to follow the storage process for the HCG. anything anyone has a comment on to help please do so.

Your Test/E2 ratio looks better. More important , how do you feel. Your labs need to be more comprehensive. Your LH and FSH will be tanked since you are taking synthetic Test. This is normal.

Get your other labs done if you have not. IE: total Test, Free Test, CBC, CMP,Thyroid, PSA, SHBG, E2 (Sensitive Assay), Cortisol, DHEA, Lipid Panel, IGF-1, Homocysteine , etc

I do the premix and freeze by 3J but backfilling them I fight airbubbles in the slinpins. I ended up with varied doses. I'll just pull from the vial this time and freeze them like it says.

You can do both injections subcutaneous/under your skin. Test and the hCG. I like it. I think they are easier than IM, if you got an infection or abscess its skin deep not in your muscle and less scar tissue and muscle damage over years of injections.

What's your dose? 200mg test cypionate, 1mg ana and then I will guess 1000ui hCG per week but 1/2 done every 4 days?

Yeah how you feeling?

So far feeling good, new Dr listened to what I had to say and besides being skeptical of my request about changing how I took it and what was added, ana, hcg, he did listen and likes my numbers. this is the first week with all three med's so far so good. Thanks to stumbling onto this sight I've learned more than I ever knew and by my other Dr's refusal to listen she still believes in the 1ml test every two weeks. My new Dr's attitude is lets check it out and keep an eye on your numbers and how I feel.

Really tracking numbers and how you feel is the best way. Subjective experience matched to quantified data. I'm more aware of my activity, water, diet how I feel than almost ever. Ibwill definitely be having regular labs and that's not normal. I'm 8 weeks in so in the first year I'll have labs 3 times. I know very few people that get any labs unless they are sick.

I've had doctors and even endocrinologist deny TRT or my need but they would never say I was wrong. It was always a stale mate between me saying long term side effects of lower test and higher estrogen were worse than long term test/ana/hCG use. Reasonable doses and labs. Bjtbthey have the power. I once told one I could find anything he learned on Google in ten minutes. He has yet to accept my challenge and his only xorrection if me ever was my estimation of mt placement on a bell curve. I was off very little really. I had 42 references showing my case and even using studies that gave huge doses of long acting test. You covered the entire range between shots. I told him it would run a man from puberty to 80 years old. Smaller frequent doses lead to more stable blood levels. Estrogen has to be controlled and there is no reason to let someone's testicles atrophy. Why not have them ready if something happens. It's there, reasonably risk free and man of us can feel better. My guess is our natural testoserone but I have absolutely no idea.
