More pic taken yesterday at the gym
No I am cruising right now on 200mg/week
Off tren been loosing weight, today fasted 214 lbs, got some clen on the way next week, gonna run that what do u guys recommend 100mcg ed?, 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off?
 
And yes I am trying to get rid of this back fat where I store my fat which sucks ass, seems to be the last place to go
Any recommendations for tightenin up lower back?
I do believe I have wider hips tho which sucks, but again I need to.loose the back fat as it pisses me off lol

Also does high test obviously without tren my next blast effect liver values?
was thinking of running just a high test blast possibly 1g a week and nothing else added

Stuck rigidly to 2500kcals daily and cycled carbs.

Added cardio for last 4 weeks - mix of HIIT and LISS.

I'm not going to critique your pics - cos you know how that will end up.

Whats ur reasoning to throw in deca, mast for a cut?

I get why people use 500mg-1g test to retain muscle mass on a fast cut and even why so choose to put in Tren to recomp or add a little bit of mass while cutting, but what benefit u get out of the other compounds that people use more for bulking?

It obviously worked for Big Ben, check out the Avi. !

You can bulk or cut on any compound, it's all about the diet and controlling estrogen and water. Deca and mast, not much aromatization going on there, why not cut and retain muscle mass with those compounds.. Traditional "bulk" compounds are 'traditional' because AIs were not used back in the day and things like Dbol would really 'bulk' you up (full of water and estrogen too).. But now with modern AAS protocols you can bulk and or cut with multiple compounds

I wanted to add the Deca at a low/mid dose for joint relief - i knew that if I got my AI dosage right, bloating wouldn't be an issue.

You're correct, my transformation and cut was after a tricep reattachment - so the high Test was mainly to protect and maintain current muscle mass levels whilst on a deficit - worked a treat.

Finally, I added Mast because I love how I feel when on it - it gives me a real 'feel-good' feeling. It is awesome for vascularity, and when the orals got to work, it gave me a granite-like appearance.

I was very happy with the results :)

This whole text book compounds for this and that is nonsense, plain silliness at best.

I can run dbol into a cut,dial in my anti's,macros on point,dbol keeping the muscle belly full and the same time I'm drying out and looking as vascular as my genetics will allow me..

If people cant dictate their results with diet alone, then compounds aren't for them, clearly they don't know their own body,using compounds to picking up where they lack,wasting time and money!

In all honestly there was time I had hardships,and I was limited with what I had avail (many years ago), this had to be the best moments that could've ever been presented to me regardless of the circumstance and situation, with this I've learned the most about my sensitively with adding/subtracting carbs/cals, yielding unprecedented results in record braking time.. Really that simple huh? Yup, believe it!

Did u add some muscle along with your cut as well, look hard bro and cut obviously, what was your start weight and finish weight u weigh when u got the pics taken?

Start weight 233lbs - photoshoot weight 209lbs (24lbs total weight loss)
As a rough guess, I'd say I might have lost 28-30lbs of fat, and gained a few lbs of muscle. I can't confirm this though.

Yeah I used 3J's 2500kcal carb cycling diet as a template - and tailored it for my needs. Chopped a bit here, changed a bit there etc etc...

Used the shoot as a trial run for a show next May.

U look good brother, so did u have the lower back fat ( love handles) as well at your start weight at 233 lbs, myself I.made the mistake last year bulking to long or just some stuff with the gf was bothering.me and lost focus on myself for abit, now I have been taking this time doing a recomp and now slowly chopping away bf, but I can tell ya once I get down to a low bf again I am not bulking like I did before, possibly a lean bulk like states but nothing extreme
Here is a pic of.myself 3 1/2 years ago when I decided to quit drinking ( alcoholic), and a week getting out of rehab and start I g in the gym, and got diagnosed with low testosterone after they did bloodwork on myself after rehab, most people don't do this but everyone has to start somewhere I guess, some people can laugh all they want but ya that was myself 3 years ago and not afraid to post what my body looked like before and 3 years later

Yep, at 233lbs, I looked like a bag of shite brother, fat everywhere, which is why you ridiculed my pics.

But in my defence, I'd been through 2 x tricep tendon reattachments and was unable to train for almost 6 months - along with that I comfort ate, had nights out on the beer, and generally became a slob.

I will add, I've been training for 30 years, and PT'ing for a long time, my training is second to none, I know my stuff, and once I'm fit, I can turn things around fast.

I don't lift with an ego... PB's and 1 rep max's mean fuck-all to me. I train for hypertrophy and aesthetics only.

So once I got the go ahead from the physio, and formulated a diet plan, I knew 12 weeks would be enough to get back into shape.

I love this lifestyle, and seeing transformation pics backed with a short story just gives everyone a little bit of motivation..

You came a long way from what Ive seen in these pics,at this point I would just listen to the fellow brethrens and heed their advise to have even greater success at this point out..

You built the base,foundation,you seen it can be done, now kill it this 2016, it's your year man!

ps, congrats on sobriety brother..Tough times don't last, tough people do, and obviously you've stumbled upon strength by making it through your struggles! Stay well..

I will say there ol' Matt that you have came a long ass way....good work! Can definantly see u put in hard work to go from there to where u are now. You looked nicer or maybe less pissed off back then tho;-). Stay Strong.

Pretty much all I do.now, work, prep.my meals for the day.and goto the gym.at least 5 days a week.if not.more as I.love the gym.and use it as.much cruch.as well being sober it's.my new.addiction.and obsession, I am.very hard on myself tho
I Stay 100 percent to.my.diet during the day I find when I do wake up.during he.night.I crave shit lol especially pb, it's.my.demon, other then that if it wasn't for night time.cravings I would be leaner then I.am now
Possible try the carb cycling again at 2500 cals by 3j
I am right now eating a high pro, high fat, low carb diet plan, my carbs only come post workout and only consist of 1 cup jasmine.rice post workout, other then dinning into shit at night some nights lol
So high test? Will it make some.difference like a gram a week as I wanna just do a test only blast, no tren this time around as I am giving my body a break from.that shit until atleast spring or something

Not half as tough as long blasts on Tren buddy...

My ALT and AST levels were on the slightly high side after my cycle... but I don't attribute this to the Test, I'd say it's because I tailed the cycle off with 6 weeks of 'Var, 2 weeks of Halo (4 weeks out) and 2 weeks of Clen (last 2 weeks).

I ran NAC @ 1800mg whilst I was on the orals and included Liv52DS for extra liver support, but it still ran a tad high.

I was able to bring levels back within range in just a few weeks with TUDCA, so all ends well.
 
Matt, Test is not harsh on the liver or kidneys. It can screw up your HDL/LDL .... But I think your AI has a lot to blame for screwing up those values.

Will.see.how.I far put.on test only.a.gram a.week.and keep my.diet dialed in and do.the carb cycling plan by 3j when I increase my test

I doubt you guys had the same diet even though you used the same coach. Your end goals and starting points were very different.
