wow i wish i new you guys were here before i bought my ON protein i usually do from bb.com

whats the nutrition fact? Doesnt show it on the site. Shipping cost? 95965
 
Dont trust them. Charged my credit card and never sent product. Several e-mails to check status with no response. Looks like I will have to dispute charges on CC :sad:

i and many many other people have ordered from them without issue.. i order whey once a month from them..

Look at my join date. Been around quite a bit longer than you.... no need for the disrespectful comment. Dont post much, but rest assured that I have no vested interest in anything other than getting product that I was charged for and have yet to receive. Is this your second business??

Oddly still nothing from you in regards to this and i was the original poster in this thread. Could have easiily hit PM, again doubt this is legit. We do not scam anyone.
 
Wow...No, I didn't PM you. I have however sent several emails. Are you just a rep or the owner of this company? You (or someone from your company) replied via e-mail a few days ago (after two weeks) and I sent another two days ago. Still no reply back.

I'm done with this. Good luck with your company.
 
It is the weekend and the holidays are very slow with lots of packages being lost. BE patient and send a pm to solid muscle or myself everyone wants to help you. You are entitled to what you ordered and paid for.

It is the best protein on the market. No fillers and mixes smooth.

Solidmuscle is attempting to resolve issue now. The individual whom I spoke to via e-mail is handling this in a most professional way, actually going above and beyond what is required. I understand accidents happen and perhaps I jumped the gun by posting.
Solidmuscle "rep": Perhaps in the future, simply letting someone know to PM you would have been a more professional response than coming on here and trying to discredit a very legitimate issue. The website says nothing of coming to this board and "PM"-ing you for issues. I am not up on forum etiquette or protocol if this is common knowledge either. Not everyone who buys protein powder is 20 years old and on the boards all day..
