I want to add the correct amount of water that will give me 1 iu per 10 mark on my insulin Syringes? How much water do I need to add?
10=1 IU
20 =2 IU ETC.

Basic math brotha. 10iu's in the vial.....if you add 1mL (1 full syringe) then each 10th mark will be 1iu...

That's what I was planning. Did not know if that was 1ml would be enough to mix everything?

It is.

You can add 2ml if you prefer, double the IUs on the syringe required for 1iu of GH but that's unnecessary & waste of BAC water imo

It'll mix perfectly well with 1ml Bac water dude - keep it simple

Yes sir it is plenty Reconstitute is a couple hours before pinning at least because some powder sticks to the sides and takes a bit to dissolve into the water. I just do it the night before.
