So last year, my 5x5 routine went fairly well. My sholder strength and size has gone nuts and my bench did well. I'm starting up again this week and I usually did bi's and sholders together; however, with adding legs and squats things have changed quite a bit and I'm not sure if I'm over doing sholders on my back day. I'm hoping that deads and squats will really help me. I didn't realize how silly I looked with skinny legs until my friends started making fun of me
. Let me know what you guys think.

Sunday- Off or cardio depending on the other 2 days I'll be adding cardio.
Currently my tri's have been pretty stubborn but I'm hoping adding all of these core movements to my workout will really help everything. And I'm almost positive it will help me grow over all. Any and all feedback is appreciated.
