New Routine (finally deads and squats!)

So last year, my 5x5 routine went fairly well. My sholder strength and size has gone nuts and my bench did well. I'm starting up again this week and I usually did bi's and sholders together; however, with adding legs and squats things have changed quite a bit and I'm not sure if I'm over doing sholders on my back day. I'm hoping that deads and squats will really help me. I didn't realize how silly I looked with skinny legs until my friends started making fun of me . Let me know what you guys think.

Monday (Chest)
5x5 Flat Bench
2x10 Incline DB
2x10 Decline BB

Tuesday (Back)
5x5 Deadlift
2x10 Seated Rows
2x10 Pulldowns
3x5 Seated DB Press
2x10 Lateral Raises
2x10 Upright Rows

Wednesday
Cardio

Thursday (Bi's/Tri's)
5x5 Straight Bar Curls
2x10 Incline DB Curls
2x10 Cable Curls
5x5 Close Grip Bench or Skull Crushers or Weighted Dips (undecided)
2x10 Incline Extensions
2x10 Rope Extensions

Friday (Legs)
5x5 Squats
2x10 Leg Extensions
2x10 Ham. curls
3x8 Calve Raises

Saturday-Off
Sunday- Off or cardio depending on the other 2 days I'll be adding cardio.

Currently my tri's have been pretty stubborn but I'm hoping adding all of these core movements to my workout will really help everything. And I'm almost positive it will help me grow over all. Any and all feedback is appreciated.

I used to never do shoulders the day after. My old split was:

Monday- Chest
Tues- Back
Wed- Off
Thurs- Sholders/Bi's
Fri- Tri's/Traps

To answer the question a little better, I couldn't find any other day where I felt it would really fit in. Any suggestions? Maybe switch Bi's and shoulders?

That's his old split. The new one in the first post has a leg day.

That was my old routine, trust me I've learned my lesson from not doing legs. Not only does it make me look silly, but it's hindering my overall body. I was thinking I can then switch shoulders and bi's? Putting Bi's on back day and shoulders on thursday with triceps. What do you think about that?

Thanks, I'll be starting legs on Friday and the full routine on Monday. Doing deads has made me feel a lot better than my other back routines :].
