Weeks 1 - 3

Monday - ME bench

Flat BB bench 1x3(3RM) (workup to a max set of 3 reps)
Incline DB bench 3x8(10RM)
chin ups 5x2(4RM)
Standing olympic bar curls 3x8(10RM)

Wednesday - ME squat/deadlift
BB Squats 1x3(3RM) (workup to a max set of 3 reps)
BB reverse lunges 3x8(10RM)
Hamstring curl 3x8(10RM)
Decline weighted crunchs 3x8(10RM)

Friday - DE bench

Flat BB bench 8x2(2RM) (45 TIMED seconds between sets)
Smith military press 3x8(10RM)
Skullcrushers 3x8(10RM)
Seated cable rows 3x8(10RM)


Obviously I will incorp some deadlifts for the other weeks of the routine, but I just wanted to see if the first 3 weeks of this routine was alright?

think doing squats and deads on the same day is a bad idea

both take alot outta you if you do em right and on of your exerciess will suffer -- you must have forgot to add in deads on wednesday if it is your squat and dead day

also I don't think 3 reps will cut it... try shooting for 3-5 reps on your big 3 and 6-12 on exercises for your smaller muscles

that seems ot be worknig well for me
 
Yep its more like a WSB template thats been slightly modified, these are only weeks 1 - 3 where I do squats,

weeks 4 - 6 will have deads and other exercises, I just wanted to get an idea if these first 3 weeks were looking ok, can anyone help me out please?
