New routine

hay all, i bin doing 3 days on and a day off but on my day off all i can do is think about gettin back in the gym, so i changed my routine to 5 days on and 2 days off, please could you give me some feedback on my routine see what you guys think,

Monday - Chest + Abs
Tuesday - Arms ( Biceps + Triceps )
Wednesday - Back
Thursday - Shoulders + Abs
Friday - Legs + Forarms + Abs
Sat + Sun - Rest

Do you guys think this could be better than my 3 days on and 1 day off, i think this wil lgive me more time to really max out on each body part, any feedback would be great guys thanx
 
personally, i couldnt do 5 straight training days of high intensity lifting without rest. especially if your plan is to max out your back after you have done bi's and max out your tri's after you have done chest. for shoulders i like to do a lot of pressing, such as military press, something i could not do with great intensity after training my back and arms at high intensity.

i prefer to do my basic, compound movements first and with most energy then move on to my auxiliary exercises.

for me... push one day, pull the next, then legs. seems to work out well for me
 
my work out is almost the same as yours. I try to switch it up each week with a diff off days so my body doesn't get use to it. Sometimes i throw in 2 or 3 set of bi on back day and 2 or 3 set of tris on chest day to shock my body. Even on my off days i use it to focus on my abs and cardio
