defiantly made some good gains in changing you physic,good work
but as everyone previously pointed out you look like your holding a lot of water and you can combat that by watching your sodium intake and upping your water intake..
as for the gyno pick up some aromasin that shit is strong and a dopimine antogonist like prami/caber or bromo
makes sense. ya im running aromasin. dont have any letro on hand so im keepin my fingers crossed no gyno symptoms arise. i was fine on my test only cycle with the aromasin, so hopefully i wont have any issues this time around.

the gyno doesn't look too bad, but i agree about an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and a DA. Not sure if its from the Test or Deca, so keep both on hand from now on. Don't grow crazy with it though. Up you're water before you up your Aromatase inhibitor (AI) dose. Some bloat and estrogen is great for getting jacked, and awesome for strength, which you need for getting big. Let all the underwear models on the boards stay skinny while you get beefed.
umm idk brotha because i think you got the rui letro right? i have never done their letro but you will know if its working if your getting headaches and feeling uneasy after doing the letro for a couple days and you look dry as hell. I had sent you that site that rj sent me. if its been 3-4 weeks and it hasnt gotten any better with blasting it with 2.5 than its prob bunk if you ask me but thats my opinion. You have the same problem as me and i blasted that fucker with a combo of tore/letro and it kept it down for a while but than i started getting prog sides and didnt have anything. Your body prob doesnt adjust to the prami

you would be a monster if you could change that 50 grams of protein to 250 and that 1300 cal to 3600 cal....and i am wit cha...fuck cardio and i am 6ft 1 ...cardio is for pussies...kinda a joke.....thanks guys, diet is loose, shake 15 min of waking up, shake mid day, and shake 15 min post work out which is about an hr before bed.. Besides that, alot of meat, pasta, rice, yogurt, wheat goldfish, tons of oatmeal, pretzels and when im real hungry and lazy ill whip out the hungry mans lol, not the cleanest food, but over 1,300 calories, 50+ grams of protein, tons of carbs ext..
