Long time reader, first time posting.
About myself, been training for 13 years.
I competed and placed in a few NPC events.
Worked for several years as a personal trainer.
Now on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) after having lab work done.
I will be documenting my results of a new training and diet program (adjusted for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) not pre-contest) starting now. Thanks for reading. JM

welcome, what is your age and what does you testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) consist of?

30 yrs old, I am on my 6th week of 200mg of cyp every two weeks.
I feel a lot but after about 9 days post injection, I have low T symptoms again.
Seeing my doc in about a week, going to get things adjusted.
There is definitey a peak about 3 to 4 days after injection and sharp decline the last 5 to 6 days. JM

You have to go 1 shot weekly (minimum) 2 x a week even better but a pain in the ass (literally) LOL
Educate your Doc and he will switch you over I'm sure......I go 150cc/wk and feeling great!

I asked about weekly shots from the start. My doc told me it was "against the
manufacture's protocol". I seem him in a week. I am bringing him copies
of some articles/charts written by expert Endo's that show the "action" of cyp over
two weeks. How did you get 150 per week. That sounds right. JM

I told my Doc that anything less often than 1 x wk was counterproductive and brought in several well written and researched articles to support my case.

His argument was that my test levels were middle of the road and within "normal ranges" to which I replied I don't want "normal" ranges for a man 40-50 yrs old I want to feel like I was 25 again! I eat right, I work out and am super active BUT I was starting to really feel like shit. Textbook low test symptoms! So, let's give this whole testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) thing a try I said.

I wanted to get close to 1000 and I'm just a touch under 900 right now and feeling great! No adverse affects......how the fuck do you argue with that?

I guess my Doc is fairly progressive but the key was to educate him.

FYI I did the patches and cream and neither did shit for me. I do the shots myself which is simple and do regular blood work as per his orders.

The key I think unless you go to an anti aging doc is to EDUCATE them. General Practitioners are dumb.

Good luck!

If your Doc wont do it jsut do it yourself. it is cheaper and he will still do blood test to sheck your levels. Just be str8 up with him and ask him to help you along the way.

Cheaper how do you figure????
Go through a Doc it's guaranteed legit from the pharmacy and a lot cheaper than buying form a dealer.
I pay $45 for 10cc vial of Cyp (100ml) and get 80% of that back from my insurance........
Educate your Doc or find another one.

I pay $95 for 10ml of 200mg, but I pin myself.

Not having a doctors visits every two weeks = cheaper

Got my doc to change things

Just got back from the Doc.
He started me on 200mg of cyp every
two weeks. I brought some well written
articles about testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and explained to him
why bi-weekly injections are not effective.
I'm now running 100mg per week.
I asked him about injecting at home,
he said no because I told him I use to
compete. So much for being honest...
Problem is my doc is a 2hr drive 1-way.
Time to find a new doc! I'm not going
to volunteer anymore info about my past than I have to at my new doc. JM

Updated TRT Stats

In the last 2 months my dose started at
200mg EOW, then 100mg weekly, and now
200mg EW. Feel great, getting stronger.
I have gained 6 pounds in one month at
this low dose without gaining bodyfat.
Not pic worthy, but a good push of momentum worth mentioning.

11/30 Before:

-5'9 205lbs
-waist 35
-chest 46.5
-arms, calves, neck - 16.5

Dude - youi shouldnt have told him you competed. Just go to our new sponsor and get the stuff from them - MUCH easier and you can control it. I gave up on weekly doc shots etc..
