hey everybody long time lifter just made the decision to try something different. Tired of just hitting the wall I want to plow right though it so any help is appreciated.
I've been lifting since High School.But recently a couple of back to back surgeries has got me down.Been back In the gym a little over two months.Trying to put my 27 lost lbs back on.In need of someone with knowledge to point me in the right direction to a good bulking cycle. I'm up from !55 to 161 but want to get back to 185-190. My BMI was 13-14 now its 20.Any help would be greatly appreciated.
