New Training Routine for Mass...what u think?

Week 1/Day 1 Monday
Back/Bis

Many Warm up sets till i get too workout wieght 10-12 min breaks between heavy sets.

Deadlifts:
2x6 285
2x6 285

BB bent over rows
2x6 235
2x6 235

Wide Grip BB Curls
2x6 105
2x6 105

Close Grip reverse pull downs
2x8 180
2x8 180

Basically i work to failure for everything. If i do not meet my numbers that week i continue on that weight until i hit them...If i do hit them numbers i jump up 10 lbs on that excersise. I am looking to gain mass and bulk. I am eating 6-8 meals a day with 3 protein shakes.
Suggestions are welcome...add or remove anything???

What about the rest of your body?

The biggest factor in packing on mass is your diet. You need to make sure your getting enough calories or you won't grow, regardless of what you do in the gym.
