what exactly do you want people to say? youve posted more pics in 3 days than anyone in the history of this site. theres not much more that can be said from the first pics you put up. you need to change diet/training/supps.

you dont need steroids, your diets bogus, and your training is probably not good.

before you go look for the "easy" fix and get on the juice your gonna need to get everything else right, not to mention you smoke/drink and immature.

Start hitting everything WIDE grip. Wide grip pull downs, wide grip rows, wide grip barbell bench. That will help get you that V-shape faster, which is what you want.
