new user, 1st cycle questions

7-10%BF
I have been a natural bodybuilder for over 10 years. I think I am a good bodybuilder, but I dont think I can compete with the NPC competitors at a national level. I have used otc supps like M1T, 1AD, androstenodine, 19 nor-andro (all oral of course) like 5 years ago.

I just started my 1st cycle.
Test ethanate 250/2x/wk
trenbalone ethanate250/2x/wk
-Is this adequate?
-Is the Tren gonna be to much? (why)
-When/should I use Proviron.
I will apreciate all of your input.
 
Hey there. My advice is pretty simple for first cycles....it should be test only. A simple 500mg/wk is all you need. Test E is a great start. The reason for this, test should be the base of all cycles IMO, and if you start out your first cycle stacking stuff, you will never know how your body reacts to test on its own, so it will be hard to guage your body response for future cycles. That said, the amount of tren you are taking seems really high for a first timer. I advocate tren should reserved for experienced users, however if newbies insist, perhaps limiting the amount would be wise. As an unwritten rule, the tren dose should always be lower than the test dose. I'd knock that down to 150 2x/wk to start. Please dont take any of this as negative....with the natural physique you already have, a simple test only cycle will do wonders. Either way, best of luck, and just soak up everything you can from here.
 
500mg of tren doesn't seem out of line to me. I agree with Rambo that Tren is a little bit much for a first cycle - as it can have negative side effects. Now, being such an advanced lifter I wouldn't totally rule against in this case, I would definitley however would have run Tren A so that cessation would be prompt (if you have bad sides from tren now, it will get worse for 2 weeks as the ester won't clear for that long). If you haven't started, I would forget the tren and run Test @ 500mg/wk with 40mg/dbol the last 4 weeks. If you eat clean and continue training you sould have out standing results.

BTW, what do you have planned for pct?
 
For post cycle therapy (pct) I have been reading that clomid is superior to nolva. I undrstand you start with a higher dose and tapper off for 3-4 weeks. I have been a fan of tribulis for all my natural years so I will most liklley throw some of that in the mix As well. Would anyone advise otherwise? Does anyone know a way to reduce gyno symptoms besides what I mentioned above?
