Just had a few questions on what I should do/use to bulk up for these next couple months? I've been working out for about 3 years (using just a low dose of test e on and off for about a year) I work out about 4-6 days a week, a big majority of my fat is in my lower stomach.. I need a hand choosing what I should use and what dose I should be running of it??! thanks
