well this week is my 6th week on anavar. i cant believe how much my legs have changed - they are still measuring big - but so so so much leaner and defined with tons of strength. its been 3 weeks since i posted stats. since then - i lost 3 lbs - doesnt seem like much - but honestly im glad to hold the weight because i am so much leaner. im down to 15% bf and only lost a few pounds.
new stats
126 lbs
chest - 34 (lost half inch, unfortunately the ol' girls disappear quick)
waist - 25 1/2 (lost 1 1/4 inches)
hips - 35 1/2 (lost 3/4 of an inch)
thighs - 21 1/2 (lost half inch off each, right leg slightly larger, not much)
arms - 12 5/8 on left and 12 3/4 on right (gained 5/8 of an inch)
calves - 13 1/2 (gained 1/4 inch on the right, but left stayed at 13 1/4)
so there you have it - lost everywhere pretty much - but gained size in my arms. just what i like to hear! i got sweet definition in my arms and shoulders. I cant say enough about what happened to my legs...they look the best they ever have - they just leaned right out immediately. yet they measure pretty much the same - never lost much size.
I still have awesome strength - even by the end of the week - still rock it in the gym.
i dont get those headaches anymore - havent for a long time. still sleep like a champ, but not as long anymore, as i get up to do a little cardio first thing.
my diet, well, its pretty tight already. i keep daily intake to 1400 cals, 100 grams carbs or slightly less, 210 protein or so, and about 15g fat. my fat comes only from fish oil and what i get from stuff like oatmeal, shakes etc. i was rotating my carbs for a couple weeks prior to this cuz i felt my metabolism needed a boost. we'll see how it goes.
