Hello..Im a 39 yr old competitive female bodybuilder, LW. I have been competing since 2006 and for all my past shows always been natural. When I compete I go from 130lbs to 100lbs on stage ripped to the bone no doubt..for me to get that lean my diet just kills me. I do lose a lot of size with the cardio n diet combined so my goal is to maintain more size when dieting.

I am doin a lot of research online on anabolics and such and its overwhelming..its not just about stacking a few things or taking this and that, so much is involved and I have a shitload of questions. I try to talk to some in my gym and it seems like people think they know what they are talking about and def dont! I find many dont have a clue just in how they present the subject of using anabolics or any sorta performance enhancers..you know what I mean.

Im now back at 130lbs at 5ft tall, my biggest and leanest offseason but not as lean as I want to be either at this weight. I hold a lot of junk in my legs, ass n abs. I eat clean but a lot of food. I train balls to the wall and have a thick dense build from my past yrs of powerlifting. I do over an hr cardio 6 days a week.

I won most of my shows and do like the shape I can get into when competing..I just want to be able to hold more size when dieting and bring in that tight conditioning I always attain for the stage. I need to know the best stack for me offseason..and have no clue where to begin or what would work for me..and this post therapy stuff is confusing to me as well.

I have clen and nolvedex..I use clen sporadically cause honestly, it freaks me out sometimes to use and my heart just races on it. I did use nolvedex for 5 days my last prep and that dialed me in great, but I was already like 5% bf then too.

I want right now to bring my weight down to like 120's and not be ripped but harder..the diet isnt a prob and neither is the cardio. I am just tired of having to starve myself to get fat that lingers on my ass and thighs..I work damn hard in the gym and am so tired of having to diet brutally to get my legs to come in for shows. Usually my diet is no fat, no carbs tow the end of my prep..thats the only way I get striated legs n glutes...its a pain in the ass to do it and as Im getting older, not easier at all, lol.
 
If holding muscle while your dieting/cutting is your goal then I would reccommend ana Anavar (var) , but some women will retain water with it so just be prepared. The water will drop off within a week or 2 after you get off. Primo is also good for females, it will make your muscles build more then Anavar (var) , so depending on the look you're going for.... I've never tried Primo, but have tried Anavar (var) a couple times.

If your looking for help with losing fat then clen is good, and also you can stack T3 with it (you can do all 3 together). If you want to go more natural you should check the N2BM website as their supplements are great.... oh, and BTW welcome :)

ok..thanks for your response and yes, im gonna ask more questions since this is new territory for me in my yrs of training...dieting and so forth.

so I can handle the anavar and clen in small does. What is this T3? Im gonna say..not interested in using any injectibles..I cant do that to myself so not happening here. What is this T3 exactly..what will this do for me on a clean diet. I can deal w anavar and clen in small doeses cause that shit revvs my heart like a turbo charged nitro induced racecar..this T3 is new to me..I dont want my hair fallin out thats for sure. I heard stories about Winstrol (winny) and hair falling out. I heard propecia ( Finasteride) would help counteract that side effect of winny..what about this T3? I need kore solid info from reliable sources..please, and thank you..also..whats the deal w nolvedex? how does that play into this game?
 
T3 is oral. It's for your thyroid. Do a search and you'll find out a lot of information. I just finished a Anavar (var), t3, clen cycle. Will post my results after I post cycle therapy (pct), but I already have at least a 2% drop in body fat and more lean muscle (and I weight 10 pounds more than when I started, course I'm still carrying water from the cycle, so results will be even better after pct). T3 is not a steriod, it causes ur body to burn/cut. It's strong, if u don't know anything bout it I wouldn't recommend u trying it.

I don't know anything about nolvadex.
 
Tonigal69- whats your diet and workout like when your getting closer to being on stage? I am new to competing and like to see what other ppl do. It helps me know more of what I should be doing.

I tried to respond to your msg you sent me but it wouldnt send for whatever reason...

It has taken me yrs to get my diet straight for prep and I get pretty darn lean and ripped to the bone..I do lose a lot of muscle but I sure hold a lot too..I just wanna hold more muscle next prep so I have been very aggressive in my training now.

I do carb cycle and go with how I look week to week..tow the last weeks my prep is brutal w no fats/carbs to dial my legs n glutes in..it sucks but it works for me. You need to try to test different dieting methods to see what works best for you. A person would need to know your current diet and training regimen in order to figure out what might work for you along w a history of your training and dieting..pics obv to see the shape your in to customize training for your body..we all train in the same way..but we dont train the same way, and this applies to dieting as well..does that make sense?
