i have hard time with overtrianinf and im eating 5-7 meals a day. my question is i
want to do spilt as follows-
mon-chest and back
tues-30-45mins cardio
weds -30mins cardio
thurs-30mins cardio
frid-shoulders bis/tri
sat/sun off
looking for fatloss and no overtraining cause if workout w/ wieghts and do cardio i look and fell like shit...think this will work
 
LMAO that routine is awesome, you should grow heaps off that, Especially since you are not training legs j/k

whats your training history like and what are you eating with your meals?

maybe try a 3 day split and do cardio every second day

day 1 back and bis
day 2 chest and tris ( + shoulders)
day 3 legs
