So I just got on TRT this week and was thinking of going 2 different routes with it.

TRT Routine:
200 mg test cyp per week
hcg 2 times per week
arimedex 2 times per week,

Everything comes in mail every 2 months.

I was thinking, since I lift, to either do a legit program as stated or trying a bulking cycle. If I stockpile my stuff a month or 2, I will have enough to do 400 mg per week. What do you guys think? Like I said, I am a total newb at this stuff.

Pre TRT levels:
Total T - 343 - 450
Free T - 90
Estradiol - 20.1
Shbg - 29.8

Welcome to the board!

I understand you said everything is coming in the mail, I am correct in assuming that this is doctor prescribed or did you order from a UGL and putting yourself on TRT? I would be surprised if a doctor actually put you on TRT with your TT levels being where they are at!!! Let's just say for the purpose of this post that a doctor did then read the next two paragraphs carefully.

Let's just assume that you have been prescribed TRT from a doctor, if that is indeed the case then you really want to hold off taking a AI until you can run labs after 6 weeks or so on TRT to see where your E2 is at, then and only then should you slowly incorporate a AI into your protocol.

You are also new to TRT and do not know how your body will react to the medications you are putting into your system, with that said you should give yourself time to get dialed in before you blast, give yourself at least a year to know how your body will react.

Best of luck!

Everything was doctor prescribed and legit. She is a "medspa doctor" My number have been in the low range, she wants to see my total above 700. I will do standard protocol with hcg and without AI (for now, unless I feel issues are coming), but I don't get another blood test until late October. I have only had one shot of 100 mg test cyp for now. Thank you, I need you vets to steer me on the best path to get the best results.

Look at Megatrons signature and get labs done yourself, will cost around $50, do it at after 6 weeks to get a understanding of how your body is reacting to TRT.

exactly what spunkey said. get your own bloodwork done. and definitely get dialed in before you blast. i had the same exact question when i started trt i was in a hurry to run a blast but i listened to the vets here and i'm glad i did. luckily dialing it in did not take too long for me, about 12 weeks, but it can take up to 6 months for some. you don't wanna put that off.

Yep, I went through that same thought process. Took me 3-4 months to get dialed in. It's been three years and I still have not really found the need to blast. 200mg per week + HCG is a healthy dose. You will probably like your progress without blasting - at least for a while.

Thanks for your help. I think I am going to do 100 mg test cyp every Tues. and Friday, and a shot of HCG every Mon and Thurs. I am going to hold off on AI until a 6 week blood work or symptoms appear.

When I first incorporated HCG into my protocol I did just like you, Test injection on this day and HCG injections on these days and take my AI on these other days. I soon realized that it can become very easy to get confused or remember if you took your AI or took one of your injections, I even missed taking my AI on several occasions, not something you want to do. Now I do everything at once, I pinn my Test and HCG at the same time every 3.5 days, same days and time each week and I also take my AI at the same time I do my injections. This has proven to be far less complicated and I have not had any issues to date since making this change.

agreed^^^ much less complicated. in the end the timing means nothing. you still aromatize the same amount of estro in total whether you take your AI at peak or trough levels. and hcg timing also makes no difference.
