Hello, I am new to this site. I've been considering getting help for some time and just have never reached out before. I'm 36 yo and getting to the point I can't stay motivated anymore. I was in an accident some 16 years ago that left my leg muscles very weak and the blood loss left them quite deflated and under developed as well. I would like to know how and where to look here to get started. I do work out but currently do not add anything to it. Thanks

I dont get what your askin bro were you hoping to get a source of someone or needed help using the website? :/

I think he's asking what type of compounds he should be using?
If you're sure AAS use is something you are interested in I would start by reading some of the steroid profiles provided on the site.
Can't help you with a source... but seeing as it sounds like you haven't started researching yet you've got a ways to go
before you are ready to start ordering

The first step would be to get a pre-cycle blood test done. If you have benefits, it might be in your best interest to head to your doctor's office and schedule a full physical exam including a hormone profile with all the other goodies they tend to run. This would be a good first step and give you a great deal of insight if you're even ready for AAS or not. A castle is only as good as its foundation, you want to make sure yours is strong before you go and make any modifications with drugs.

My .02c :)

Yeah whatt he said^^

But everyone should start with test only if your were wanting to add something theres some good first cycle threadds on the stickys

What your stats dude

I guess a source. I'm not looking for anything crazy. I just need a little boost and some recovery help. I'm not looking to be Mr. Olympia but because of my condition I just can't seem to gain in my legs and when I do push myself my recovery time takes a bit of a toll on my regimine. Dr. Say I'm in perfect health outside of my condition however are not willing to help me in this area....they tell me just keep working out and doing what I'm doing but I'm not getting any younger and I haven't seen any gains in a while now...

Did you get a hormone panel? I honestly was in a similar situation and found that I had been suffering from low testosterone for YEARS. Working out with low T is an exercise in futility as you work 4x harder to see 1/2 the results. If you haven't had a hormone panel done, definitely request one so you can take the appropriate steps before venturing into doing it yourself. Be sure to request total testosterone, estradiol, prolactin, FSH/LH and TSH. That should get you started in making sure you aren't about to cover up underlying symptoms with exogenous hormones.

By the way, outright asking for a source is a no-no. Stick around, and make some friends. You'll likely find that which you seek (Yoda voice), and maybe even learn a thing or two. ;)

he's 220lbs.. if there is anything he needs to focus on its his diet and training....

going to the doc and getting bloodwork is a great idea... entertaining the idea of Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is a good idea too.. you dont need a full cycle

I agree. I'm not interested in a full cycle at this point. And as far as the diet/traing part , therein lies the problem. I know how to cut and I know how to maintain my diet. My problem is the training. The legs are the issue. Because of the atrophe (idk if I spelled that right) in my legs, the rebuilding has been a long and arduous process...I'm at my end with it. I get laid up in recovery far too long and the little gains I've seen since 97' w/o help have taken yeeeeeeaaaars. No stranger to hard work and persistance here...hell dr.s have told me that it isn't normal for people with my kind of injury to even be able to walk.....but I never doubted myself and I guess that made the diff.... but like I said before....I'm not getting any younger and and its deffinatly not getting easier.

i think with the help of the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) you can get some muscle back in there... its actually a shot in the dark on my part because i dont understand the extent of the injury.. and whether or not you have, for example, good blood flow to your legs

Yes I do think I will take your advice. Thanx. Also forgive my lack of ediquit (I'm sure I mispelled that). I'm learnin'....

if you can't self motivate or a self motivating person
then you shouldn't go any further. If you want to go ahead
focus on core/and resist training on your legs and good dieting I would suggest some t-Bol ??

Are there any otc that aren't a comlete waste of money? I remember back in the day they had some great products and that was early on when I made my best gains in rehab. Since then though it seems like all are just scams. Again my main focus in energy and recovery. Also if I want to give any or all an update, do I come back to this thread or just start a new one?

a nautral test booster wouldn't hurt but i would get bloodwork done to see where your test/estrogen/fsh/LH levels are first.. also prolactin and shbg

Yes, I'm working on getting in to the Dr asap for the blood work...currently soonest they can see me is Nov 24th....hoping a closer one comes up....I have read a lot on natural boosters in the last year or so and haven't made a purchase because it seems that most med pros say they don't work...but idk..users seem to have results but never sure if u can trust those reviews...afraid to get ripped off I guess and don't want to put bad stuff in my body...also idk what prolactin and shbg are....

I've probably tried just about every test booster there is on the market. NONE of them did anything for me, in fact - I was on 6g of DAA every day when I was diagnosed with hypogonadism and had the same testosterone levels of a teenage girl. Save your money till after you get in to see your doc.

Prolactin is a hormone that is typically seen in women when right after they give birth, which allows them to create breast milk. Unfortunately for us, our bodies can make this hormone as well (usually due to an overzealous pituitary gland) which can lower your testosterone levels. SHBG (Sex Hormone Binding Globulin) is a protein that attaches to testosterone and estradiol, keeping them from being active in the body. Having too high of SHBG prevents you from seeing any benefits of testosterone in your blood stream. This is usually found to be elevated in men with high values of estradiol (potent form of estrogen) also due to a zany pituitary gland on the fritz.

Best of luck to you on your visit though! Hopefully your doctor is a good one and is able to help you square away any problems if there are any discovered. :)
