I wanted to get some advice about what workout's, dieting, training, supplements should I take to loose weight and build muscle. I'm 6'3'' 340 lbs and just recently got back into the gym. I bought the Six Star isolate whey protein that I drink two times a day and have cut off drinking pop,beer and junk food. I wanna get around 260 lbs but be built. Im thinking down the road on useing supplements but dont what would be best for me and my size, any suggestions and advice would be awesome thanks.
