Newbie: Cutting my 20% Body Fat

I was reading different posts saying different things about what to use if the body fat is high. Wanted to double check I'm going to doing everything properly my first time. I am hoping to place my first order in February.

My measurements: I'm about 5' 7", 148 (as of 2 weeks ago), 33" waist. Within normal weight for my height. Approximately 20% body fat.

I'm planning my first cycle, going to be light.

With a body fat of 20% would I be better off going with Test e+Anavar this run or 2-3 weeks of Clen?

Based on my reading Test e+Anavar and a post cycle therapy (pct) seems like the better choice with a 20% body fat, and Clen would be very helpful once I get it down 12-15% but I have read others were also taking it at 20%.

If I go with test e+anavar would Nolva+Letro be a good post cycle therapy (pct) (ok to skipping Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) for the first cycle?)
 
Its hard to believe that your bf is 20% at 148 lbs. Normal weight for your height? For a girl maybe. Do you even workout or know how to eat? Without those two things in check, you wont get shit from any drug.
 
Yes. I'm on a very good diet plan but I've been slacking with working out since college began. I've gained a lot of fat since my cardio had a rapid decrease. I'm getting back into it and purchasing a new gym membership. Which is why I am asking which I mentioned would be best.
 
Honestly, I think you should work out for a while before doing anything. You don't know how your body will respond to the training and a good diet. I was only 170 when I started. I got to a fairly lean 237lbs in less than a year without any drugs. You never know, you might respond in a similar way.
 
how old are you ? honestly being at a high body fat percentage on cycle is not a good idea . at your weigth and height , what you need is to start going to the gym and establish a routine and diet for yourself . if you train about 4-5 days a week , im sure u can easily put some more muscle and size on naturaly . there are times whe u need to force ffed yourself in order to gain weight , work on a diet and training routine before u consider something that can very easily mess you up when you havent yet established your basics
 
I'm 23. I will follow the recommendation and go semi-natural for a month and use bodybuilding's top fat-burner supplement. Develop a training plan, regain my cardio endurance. My diet is very good. Greek yogurt, whole wheat or multi-grain products, greeny vegetables, a few oranges per week, water, milk, tuna. I feel I got healthy dieting down with room for minor improvements.

I would like to know which light combination would be best when once I'm 1 month into my routine? And if the post cycle therapy (pct) I mentioned would be enough for the var+test e mix?
 
nolva can be used for post cycle therapy (pct) , letro has no place there , u dont need letro for post cycle therapy (pct) , u can also use clomid fo post cycle therapy (pct) , and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) is always recommended either durind cycle or before post cycle therapy (pct) . but im betting if u realy push yourself hard in the gym and eat good as u say , u can achieve more in that month alone natural , than without the gear , and you will feel better about yourself

Get a good workout routine
Get some eca or clen
Do this and yu will be cut
Before aas
Get to 200lbs + naturally
10-15%bf
Then if yu hit a plateau start considering aas
