So i have been working out for just under 2 years and am stuck at 215#. Im 5 foot 11 and 20 years old. im looking for the ultimate first time cycle. Could any body help me figure out what to take and how much? i eat about 3000 calories a day and 300 grams of protein. any suggestions?

your to young for juice your balls still got plenty of test in there.A first cycle should be test e or c 400 to 500 mgs split in two shots for 10 to 12 weeks. If i was you I would do alot of reading about this.

20 yrs young? I believe my brother you should wait few more years to start on AAS. The reason is and most of the guys here will tell you the same. You can still grow natural and you can mess your natural test. If i was you I will research a little longer and stay around here and you will find what is right for you and your goals. But IMO you still young to jump on AAS.

Change up routine and up the cals. You looking to bulk I assume?

At the end of the day you are only cheating yourself if you juice. Learn diet and training and wait a few more years. Guys in your situation IMO rely on the juice to do the work

Yeah I just want to bulk my goal would be a 240-250 at 8 percent body fat. I appreciate all the advice guys

People often underestimate the power of food and overestimate the power of gear. Generally rule of thumb is that if you can't grow as you are naturally and you cycle, byt the time you finish PTC you will have lost most of your gains - unless your truly at your genetic potential, given you've eben training for 2 years you wouldnt be there yet.

Look into changing up your diet and routine. In specific, throw in some more calories, if your having trouble chugging down enough carbs to reach your caloric goal, up the fats a bit more. Routine wise, you don't want to be doing the same routine every week as our body will get used to it... Mix it up and get creative, change around your rep ranges, exercises, throw in drop sets and supersets.

You'll be surprised what more calories and changing up your routine can do gainwise. If theres one bit of advice I can give, its to not udner estimate the power food can have. Build a strong natural base, then juice if your ready to go down that path.

A few others already said it diet is 80% of your gains. At 215 to gain mass you need at least 3500 calories daily. I would also tell you to contact someone pay some money and get a diet that is known to work. I hear 3J knows his shit.
