People often underestimate the power of food and overestimate the power of gear. Generally rule of thumb is that if you can't grow as you are naturally and you cycle, byt the time you finish PTC you will have lost most of your gains - unless your truly at your genetic potential, given you've eben training for 2 years you wouldnt be there yet.
Look into changing up your diet and routine. In specific, throw in some more calories, if your having trouble chugging down enough carbs to reach your caloric goal, up the fats a bit more. Routine wise, you don't want to be doing the same routine every week as our body will get used to it... Mix it up and get creative, change around your rep ranges, exercises, throw in drop sets and supersets.
You'll be surprised what more calories and changing up your routine can do gainwise. If theres one bit of advice I can give, its to not udner estimate the power food can have. Build a strong natural base, then juice if your ready to go down that path.
