Newbie Here, Rate my routine and give advise

hey guyz ive been working out for a good year and a bit now. Ive tried supplements like Xpand and creatine for a bit last month it worked well for me it gave me alot of energy. And of course i try to get my protein shakes in every day! and i NEED to fix my diet plan but unless i have a set plan to look at and tell me what to eat i find it hard to eat healthy. So any ways here my workout plan i do right now!


I know its not prefect or mabey not good so im hoping for some good advice on what to change!


Day 1:
Chest 8,6,4 reps
flat bench , 155,160, 165
incline with dumbells 55,60,65
flys 30,35,40

Triceps: 8,6,4 reps
dips
rope pull down
kickbacks

Biceps: 8,6,4 reps
DB curls
preacher curl
BB curl








Day 2:
Legs:
leg press,
leg curl


shoulders, 8,6,4
shoulder press
shoulder raises
upright row



back: bent over row




I know its not very good but its just what ive been doing iam going to try and bulk for a month or so before summer and then cut before summer if that helps at all.


any advice appreciated!
 
your chest is fine.
try to do more reps n' sets 4 sets of 10-12,10,8,6.
triceps: do a close grip and french press.
biceps: reduce to one or max two exercises.
legs: WTF where is the squat?? legs are a half from your body you should work on them not less from your upper body.
back: where is the deadlift???
abs?????????!!!!
 
hey ok i will do that! i jjust started doing abs and some core excersies! reason for no squats is i just find them SO uncomfortable and when ever i goo down my heel lifts up and i just havent done deadlifts
 
you should never do the same routine over and over even as a newbie. And your leg workout needs alot more volume. You can do 3-4 exercise for Quads and 2-3 for hams.
 
Bench Press
Squates. Uncomfortable.... Get someone to check your form. Dont be a pussy this seperates the boys from the MEN!!!
Deadlift
Rows
Shoulder Press

Stick these in .. They are a must in everyones workouts.
