Hi, how is everyone? Well, I always thought I'd never do 'roids, but after working out for years and years and with no significant improvement, I'm looking to break through the plateau. My biceps are 19 inches, and I want them bigger. The most I can bench is a 1 rep partial rep of 300 (and that about kills me). I've tried every kind of routine, and nutrition program.

Does anyone recommend anything that works? You can privately message me if you'd like.

Ps. Before I get a smartass "read the forum" answer, that is daunting and confusing given all of the types of juice profiles out there. Just looking for some honest advice. Thx.
