hey whats up... Im just starting out with working out and dieting, I used to wheigh 322 pounds, I now wheigh 235 pounds. that was just eating healthyer foods... I used to eat fast food everyday so lol... but right now I am still fat, and I want to cut like mad.. I want to do it as fast as possible.. this is my diet
Morning: Oatmeal (1 cup of plain oatmeal, 2 scoops of whey protien, 1 spoon of penut butter, and some sugar) *my friend says put splenda, but I dont have any*
lunch: 2 cups of milk, 2 scoops of whey protien blended
Dinner: whatever my mom makes for dinner lol
at night: 2 cups of milk, 2 scoops of whey protien blended
so yea... thats what I do right now... I run on the tredmill once or twice a week.. Im looking to get more serious into it and I really want to get shredded, not really bulk just be cut.. I wanna get around 180-220 and be ripped.. these are my stats
