Hey.
Im new to all of this. I have been doing some research and i have been reading this site for a lil bit now. I am 22, about 5'11' and weigh around 165. Most people would say im "skinny" but i have that gut that i have been trying to get rid of to no avail. I want to add some muscle as long as get rid of the gut and cut down on the bf%. I guess I want that "perfect body" you could say. Muscle with a nice physique.

I have been looking into the Sustanon 250 or 300 and Test E. What do you think would be the best for me to use? Any info/help would be awesome. thanks guys

ive been lifting for about a year and a half now. i mean i have some muscle but for some reason it doesnt seem to grow fast on me so a lil boost would help me out and my confidence out.

your just like me mate, i get stronger and stronger and stronger but don't get any bigger!! it's frustrating. Assuming you have done your homework, then yes testosterone is the king of mass building, for noobs and pros alike. If it is your first cycle then i would use a long acting test like enanthate or cypionate for 10-12 weeks, using anywere from 250-500mg/week. If you want to kickstart it with some d-bol but i don't think it really matters if it is your first cycle, always best to be conservative until you know how your body will respond to it. With all that said, and if you train hard and eat right, you should be looking good in no time

it will be my first cycle. so test e with starting at 250 a week for 4 weeks or so then bringing it up to 500 a week for the last 8 would be a good start?

Avenger, have you taken test e at all and what kind of gains have you seen?

well i supposedly been taking some test e, 6 weeks into it now but i think i got sold bunk gear, because i have noticed no changes at all, mentally or physically. As for your dosages that sounds pretty good, start off small and work your way up to gauge your body's reaction to it. just make sure you got nolva and post cycle therapy (pct) meds on hand you'll be fine

If you're training right and can't grow, then it's your diet...Steroids is not the magic drug and will have little effect if you're not dieting or training correctly...My 2 cents is: Be consistent in your diet. Eat every 2.5 to 3 hours, eat at least 40 grams of protein with each meal. With your bodyweight, you should be taking in at least 250 g of protein a day...eat complex carbs, take supplements, (creatine, amino's, glutamine, etc..) stay away from soda, sugar, and alcohol...for your training, train heavy and intense! You should be changing your routine at the gym continuously.

Another thing, at your age, your natural test levels are probably higher than mine on gear...I would try and push yourself naturally first before jumping on any AAS. I would recommend you get your bf down to 9-10% and then start a bulkling diet..after your bulk, then start cutting again. Good luck

i know its not a magic fix, but as a college student it is hard to stay on a consistent diet and stay away from booze (maybe im just not strong enough mentally for that). my diet will be changing dramatically and i will be working out harder. It would really help out if i start to see a change because that would amp me up even more to lift. but if i were to get on this stuff would it work for me?

trust me, changes from roids are dramatic if your a first time user, and yeah it will even help you get cut up, any androgen will. (assuming your diet is clean and you add some cardio in your routine) However though test will help burn fat, it is not a good choice for cutting since it causes lots of water retention, but for you since it is your first cycle, i think you will be thoroughly satisfied with your results assuming good diet and hard training

Have you ever even ran a cycle yourself ??

It is very obvious from this that you are not even close to being ready to take steroids.

You need to perfect your diet and training for years before taking steroids.

At your height and age, there is no reason in the world you cannot get close to 200lbs naturally. It is going to take some serious dedication on your part.

i hear what you guys are saying. i know i need to spend more time in the gym. but taking this stuff and seeing the gains and changes in my body would help motivate me even more to take a cycle and then stick to my diet and hardcore working out.

then that brings me back to my first part. i know about test e now, but what about Sustanon (sust) 250? is it any good and/or is it better then test e?

agreed...You need to be strict and dedicated. It's not just changing your diet to get results, it's about changing your lifestyle. If you don't have it in you right now to eat right and train hard all the time, I would say you're not ready. I would research some diet and training regimens first. Then after a few years, if you think you've plateaued, start your research. Know everything there is to know about AAS. When you've researched enough, then read some more.
