Hello ladies,
I'm new to this forum and found out about it from one of your posts at anabolicreview.com. I would like to get started using Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) and want some suggestions. I am starting a low carb, high protein diet next week and need to lose about 35 pounds of bodyfat. I have T3 but I need to get some Clen, I guess, to not lose muscle, if I am reading all of your posts correctly. That would be my first question. Also, if you taper off of T3, will your body start producing it on it's own again at some point? Lastly, I would like to start some Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) that are very mild. I don't want any andro effects if possible, but would love to be lean and muscular. I know Anavar is one of the mildest, but I don't know which sources to trust to get the real thing. If anyone could pm me, and let me know, I would totally appreciate it. Also, what's the difference in primo and whinny? Thanks for your help. All of you girls totally rock!

HI Firey, welcome aboard! :)

how long have you been training for? and what is your current diet and training routine like. many times just some adjustments in those areas produce as effective results. there is no miracle drug or diet.

as for the other questions, Im sure that one of our knowledgable woman can help ;)

Welcome to the board hun. I would like to know a little more information on your training and/or diet as well. Have you used any other supplements before?(fat burners etc)
How much do you weigh and do you know your current level of bodyfat?
Once again, welcome.:)

Well, let me see. I am currently 192 pounds and I am 5'7". I am about 35% or so BF. I need to have an accurate measurement done. I have a long way to go, but I am willing to put forth the effort so I know it will get done. I am starting my workouts again on Monday as well as my diet. I plan on following the Body for Life plan more than likely for the first 12 weeks and then tweaking it as I go. It seems like a pretty solid plan. Basically, it's low carb, high protein, moderate fat. I plan to keep my food as simple as possible. I will keep my protein around 40% of my calories and eat 5-6 times a day. My workouts will be a upper and lower body split routine with cardio on the days in between. I also want to try to do some yoga or stretching in the evenings when possible. I have tried lots of supplements in the past. I have taken Xenadrine, BetaGen, CLA, ALA, Green Tea. I have also taken Phentermine, a prescription weight loss pill. It works okay for a little while, but then it loses it's effectiveness. I know I didn't gain all this weight in one day, so I can't expect it to come off overnight. I just want to maximize my results as much as possible. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, guys!

welcome to the board and congrats on the determination - that will definitely get you where you want to be!

you're probably going to hate me for saying this, but it's really in your best interests to go about the weight loss with a good training routine and a great diet instead of with the T3 and clen because T3 is not really stuff you want to be playing with (it can really screw up your thyroid and make you gain weight, instead of losing it). clen is really only effective for those who are nearer to their goal bf%

can you lay out your training routine and diet more specifically for us? we may be able to tweak it so that it is most effective for you.

Like I said before, I plan on eating 5-6 meals per day and having low carbs, high protein, and moderate fat. I am going to cut all refined carbs and sugar.

Should I take some sort of fat burner?

sorry, guys. i typed that in two columns, but it didn't come out that way. let me know if i need to retype it to be understood.

i'm just going to throw out a couple of general comments...

try to work body parts only once a week so that they have adequate amounts of time to rest and then grow. that would mean splitting up your upper/lower days into back/biceps, etc. how many sets/reps are you doing?

as for diet, can you outline these meals specifically? it's great you're having 5-6 - perfect!

Are you planning on following the Body for Life plan?
If so hun, then follow the plan for the outlined time and then we can switch some things up for you afterwards.
You will find that we all have our different opinions on training and if you are just starting out, you will certainly need to have some structure and if you find that the Body for life book gives you the structure you need, then please, do use it.
The program you outlined is from the Body for Life book is it not?

Your diet is going to be extremely important in your fat loss hun.
I would suggest getting your bodyfat done professionally so you know exactly where you are at.
In terms of your eating, yes, you do want to eat 6 small meals a day.
Be sure to include a portion of protein at each of these meals. I'm assumng you have the BFL book so all the foods should be outlined in there for you.
I would also suggest taking a couple of tablespoons of flax oil or better yet Udo's oil a day as well.(efa's). I do believe that the BFL program suggests that as well.
Be sure you are taking in at least four liters of water a day and try to eliminate any fruit juices and the likes. If you have a sweet tooth, be sure to keep some Diet Vanilla Coke handy. It really helps with the sweet cravings. But try to limit yourself to one diet soda a day.
In terms of supplements, I would suggest getting a fat burner. You mentioned that you've used Xenadrine before. Did you find that helped you? I myself prefer the ephedra based fat burners but if you'd rather stay away from ephedrine, there are all sorts of ephedra free products on the market. I would also suggest you pick up some whey protein for those times that you may have trouble getting in a meal.
www.directconnectnutrition.com has some excellent choices and prices on their whey protien. :)

I do want to congratulate you on taking the step towards a healthier lifestyle hun. Steroidology is full of helpful, knowledgeable people and we will all do our best to help keep you motivated along the way. Once again, congratulations and I look forward to seeing and hearing of your progress.:)

Thank you for the advice. You've all been so helpful. That's kind of the plan for now then, I think. I'm going to follow the Body for Life plan and then see what kind of results I get after 12 weeks. After that, once my body is used to a structured program, you guys can help me tweak it. To answer your question, Frye, I did like Xenadrine pretty much. I have some fat burners that EAS sells, so I'm going to give them a try first and see how it goes. They basically all have the same formulation as far as I can tell. Consistentsy is the key. That has always been my downfall in the past, but I'm serious this time and nothing is going to stop me. I'll keep you all posted!

Oh yeah, I almost forgot. I have some whey protein that I didn't use last time I tried to do this and it's from allthewhey.com. It's really good. Virtually tasteless.
